Flower Mound’s Minor Home Repair Program is funded from a one-time grant of $57,499 awarded by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program (“CDBG”), under the American and Reinvestment Recovery Act of 2009. The Program is subject to availability of funds.
The objective of the Minor Home Repair Program is to provide assistance to qualifying homeowners with minor repairs when they are without sufficient resources to make those repairs themselves. The assistance provided to eligible homeowners under the Program is a CDBG-R grant and is not required to be repaid. As long as funds are available, the Town may provide eligible homeowners a one-time grant of up to $6,000.
To see if you qualify and to apply see the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act page of the Web site or view the program documents above. For additional information or questions regarding the Program, please contact Adrienne Lothery at adrienne.lothery@flower-mound.com or 972.874.6090.
